I’m celebrating 10 years as a coach — a milestone that has been as humbling as it has been empowering.

What started with a deep love of personal growth (and a Walkman full of Tony Robbins and Boyz II Men) has become a soul-led business guiding women through transformation, motherhood, and mission-aligned leadership.

1. Coaching transforms YOU
   It’s not just something you do. It’s something you become.

2. Pricing is a transformation tool
   What people invest in, they commit to. Pricing is energetic and symbolic.

3. Start before you’re ready
   Curiosity is more powerful than perfection.

4. Give more than you plan — and keep it simple
   Transformation often happens through the simplest insights.

5. Your work is yours. Their work is theirs.
   You hold space. You don’t carry their healing.

6. Make it FUN
   This work is sacred — but it doesn’t have to be serious all the time.

7. Keep checking in with your “why”
   Let your motivation evolve with your life.

8. Give yourself permission to evolve
   You are allowed to shift, pivot, and outgrow past versions of your work.

9. Be brave in service of your clients — and respect your own edges
   Go deep and honor your limits.

10. Just show up
    You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be present.

• Become a powerful listener. Techniques are secondary.

• Be your own first client.

• Don’t aim for perfect. Aim for real.
