In this deeply personal episode of Awaken The Matriarch, I share an honest update on my summer after receiving a second colon cancer diagnosis. I open up about the mental load of navigating this journey as a single mom, the insights I’ve gained from working with both allopathic and naturopathic practitioners, and the role of genetics with Lynch Syndrome in understanding health risks.
